The Abercrombie returned bigger and better in 2022, with its multi-level heritage-listed space undergoing an incredible transformation with three venues under the one roof.

In April 2025, Abercrombie is joining forces with Dave Abram and Carla Uriarte, former owners of Café Fredas, who will take the creative lead over Abercrombie’s programming and also bring bring across an exceptional food & beverage offering which will keep patrons coming back from more.

Continuing their tradition, Bar Freda’s will bring electric energy, delicious sips, banging DJs and fun times to the 2008 ’hood.

We’re seeking dedicated, high-energy, and passionate Floor Staff and Bartenders to join our team.

As a key member of our staff, you’ll help ensure an unforgettable experience for our guests—whether you're crafting cocktails, delivering food to tables, or taking orders at the bar.

For Runners: If you’ve worked in some of Sydney’s busiest wine bars or restaurants, you’ll be skilled at multitasking, effortlessly managing multiple plates while providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm for customer interaction will be essential in elevating the guest experience.

For Bartenders: Crafting, mixing, and serving complex cocktails while managing a bustling bar comes naturally to you. With experience in high-volume pubs or restaurants, you’ll be ready to jump in and hit the ground running.
