THE ROLE!

Bring your love for professional customer service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Must have a good understanding of front-of-house operations including everything from head hosting to host running, food & drinks running, and section waiter responsibilities and want to be part of an experienced and equally passionate team of hospitality professionals that is truly invested in other people's success - this is the role for you! You:

• Customer Service is your number 1 priority
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant-style service
• Better Together and can-do attitude, having team orientated attitude
• Sense of urgency
• Experience in high-quality table service
• Fast-paced, adaptable and quick thinking 
• Eye for details, organised and consistent
• Able to perform under pressure and maintain a smile
• Unique Staff with their own style, personality and ability to banter is a must!  
• Capable of building effective relationships with guests and staff
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays with a flexible roster
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Current RSA Certificate for QLD
