Best known for managing world-class venues like Optus Stadium in Perth and Industree Group Stadium on the NSW Central Coast, we’re proud to bring our expertise to Brisbane’s stunning Thomas Dixon Centre, home of Queensland Ballet.

Here’s where it gets really exciting: we’ve partnered with celebrated chef Shane Delia, whose bold and creative approach to Middle Eastern-inspired cuisine is redefining dining at the Thomas Dixon Centre. RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Waitstaff (Fine Dining)

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Do you possess the following qualities and experience?

  • Experience in working in  fine dining and/or hatted restaurant 
  • Passion for food and beverage and serving guests!
  • Excellent presentation and grooming
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Dedicated to always providing the highest of standards  
  • Exceptional communication skills 

     

The successful applicant should also have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
  • Qualifications in Hospitality will be highly regarded

In addition to the above criteria, attention to detail, a customer focus, high levels of energy, willingness to work flexible hours across a 7 day roster and a positive ‘can do’ attitude, is what is required to successfully undertake this position.



Interview required
