Cocktails & Canapés are looking for enthusiastic & charismatic individuals to work the Diamond Club @ Mardigras, on Saturday 25th February 2022.

We are the specialised premium catering brand of global drinks agency Sweet&Chilli. Our team is passionate about delivering innovative food and drink experiences infused with warmth and style, from brand activations to fashion launches, large festivals and corporate events and everything in between. Our clients include luxury brands such as AfterPay, Bulgari, Diageo, Penfolds and Red Bull. 

We pride ourselves on exceptional guest experiences and are looking for people who are passionate about all thing’s hospitality, cocktails, and events.

What we are looking for – bartenders and wait staff at all levels and experience – Floor Supervisors//Professional Event and Restaurant Wait Staff//Bar Supervisors// Festival Bartenders.

Experience – we are looking for passionate hospitality professionals with all levels of experience, must have a valid RSA and be well presented. 

Available shifts – Shift will vary depending on the position and will likely be either 2:00pm – 1:00am or 5:00pm - 10:00pm with some shift’s available on the days either side for set up and pack down.

We pay above award rates based on the individual role and skill set. Ongoing casual contracts are also available.
