Foodstuffs South Island Ltd is a major wholesaling and retailing cooperative providing high levels of service to our members which include; Pak'nSave, New World, Four Square, Henry’s, Raeward Fresh, and On the Spot stores, throughout the South Island.

We are seeking expressions of interest for a variety of casual and fixed term Qualified Butcher and Baker roles available to provide cover and support over the lockdown period to help us get through the coming weeks and months across multiple stores in the South Island.

We are seeking candidates who have a great work ethic and standards; enjoy interacting with people and have a switched on, can do attitude. Someone who is committed to the challenge of achieving all aspects of the department in a timely and professional manner to build on our amazing Butchery and Bakery offerings.

Key responsibilities of these positions include:

• Meeting objectives for the department
• Achieving production needs of the department
• Assisting with presentation and merchandising
• Assisting with other duties including packaging and presentation of products
• Maintaining clean and tidy work areas
