Our Team Leaders run both the front & back of house service at their Fonda restaurant. They make timely decisions and learn on the fly while leading Fondarians ( that's what we are affectionately known as ) across all functions of the restaurant. Team Leaders create an environment where people come together to genuinely connect.
If you are wanting to try something fun and new, we are also happy to train a great person with the right attitude!
We want someone who can bring their shine and hit the ground running so the ability to start soon is preferred.

Our roles are permanent part-time. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends.
