Magic Mountain Saloon is looking for experienced and passionate Bartenders, Floor Staff, and Duty Managers to join our vibrant team in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking skilled individuals who have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospitality and are ready to bring their expertise to our venue. Whether you're a bartender with a flair for creative cocktails, a floor staff member who excels at delivering exceptional service, or a duty manager who leads with confidence and poise, we want you to join us!

Roles Available:

• Bartenders: You’re an expert in creating and serving creative cocktails with finesse, maintaining a high level of service, and keeping the energy going with a smile. Your experience means you’re comfortable behind the bar in a fast-paced environment and can handle anything that comes your way.
• Floor Staff: You know the importance of excellent service and how to handle a busy floor. With your 3+ years of experience, you communicate clearly with both guests and the team, and you take pride in delivering top-notch hospitality.
• Duty Managers: You’ll lead by example, ensuring the venue operates smoothly, and supporting the team in all aspects of service. Your leadership experience means you step in to resolve any issues swiftly and with a calm, professional demeanor, ensuring the team remains supported and service is consistent.
