Crossroads Hotel ( Casula )

We require experienced Bartenders, Food Attendants, Bistro Hosts & Cashiers for our high volume 350 seat bistro operation. The bistro operates seven days a week with All Day Dining.

The Crossroads Hotel ( Casula ) is located in the major growth are of the southwest and boasts Food and Beverage Operations along with TAB, Gaming & Accommodation facilities. 

In August 2017 we opened our a 400 seat bistro Operation. The reception has been been unprecedented with numbers growing to over 4500 diners per week !

The successful candidates will require good communication skills, be well presented, understand the true meaning of great customer service and be willing to go that extra step to ensure our valued patrons enjoy their casual dining experience at the hotel.

Preferably you will have previous Food and Beverage experience however we are certainly willing to train those that display the enthusiasm and potential to learn and provide excellent customer service to our guests. You must possess a current RSA/RCG card.

These positions are casual positions you will be required to work nights, weekends and public holidays. 

NB YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK MOST WEEKENDS AND MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK THE VAST MAJORITY OF SATURDAY NIGHTS
