New Year, New Venue!! Some of you may have heard through the grapevine that the Coats Group, the team behind MAYA Rooftop and Il Molo Italian Kitchen & Bar, is set to open a brand-new venue. Penelope – an all-new dining, drinking and dancing den – is currently taking shape on James Street.
Opening in mid-February, Penelope is looking for a host to join our team on a full time basis (38 hours a week). We’re looking for a superstar with experience in customer service and a restaurant background.
Knowledge of 7Rooms, TripleSeat and administrative skills are extremely advantageous!

- We trade from 5pm Weds - Thurs and from 12pm Fri - Sun
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
What we are looking for:
- Shining personality and positive attitude
- Written and spoken proficiency (able to communicate via emails and phone)
- Mandatory previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
- Organization and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience using Sevenrooms is considered higly advantages
