Bisou Bisou in Fortitude Valley and are searching for vibrant and experienced Supervisor to join our team and be part of something unique and inspiring in Brisbane’s restaurant and bar scene.

French for ‘kiss kiss’, Bisou Bisou is fashioned on the ground floor of the new luxurious Hotel X and in the heart of Brisbane’s dining scene. Bisou Bisou is adding a modern twist to the traditional and comforting flavours of a French style brasserie.  

Reporting to the Venue Manager & Restaurant Mangement. Team members will be responsible for the following:

• Supervisie a range of shifts from breakfast, lunch, Dinner, bar and our events space 
• Providing an excellent guest experience 
• Coffee knowledge essential 
• Mixing and serving drinks
• Providing excellent service
• Al La Carte Dinning experience 
• Be a team player with a positive attitude

Successful candidates will have at least 2 year experience in a similar role and environment, coupled with the following skills and attributes:

• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Active listening and effective communication
• Excellent presentation and hygiene
• Hands-on experience with cash handling and ordering information system
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of food health and safety handling
