We are looking for a hard-working Cooks, Senior Cooks or Lead Cooks to join our team at our Melbourne Venues.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment
• 1 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Certificate III or higher in Commercial Cookery
• Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S and food hygiene procedures.
• Energetic attitude, a team player approach and a strong work ethic
• The ability to excel under pressure and during busy service periods whilst maintaining great food service standards

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Spreading the love of good food, beer and sport!
• The preparation and delivery of our food within a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and pub environment
• Food safety and hygiene is extremely important to us, our kitchen is always sparkling clean and well organised.
• Adhering to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines is a must.
• Following our national recipes & plating guides

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
