We currently have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced and well-presented Barista to join our team to help us drive the coffee culture in the South Eastern suburbs! In return you will receive a competitive salary and be part of a friendly atmosphere under great management, with flexible rosters. Must hold a current RSA.
A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: • Proven experience as a Barista in a fast paced, high volume environment • Experience in creating coffee art and consistency in delivery and serving a range of mixed drinks • Providing the highest level of customer service at all times and building long lasting relationships. • Clean and sanitise work areas and equipment. • Friendly and approachable demeanour • Outstanding time management and organisational skills • Positive attitude and calm under pressure • Ability to work weekends and public holidays
