Executive Club Lounge Manager

We are offering a Club Lounge for our Executive Guests.  This will provide exclusive use for our VIP’s where breakfast and canapes are served as well as all day drinks.    We are now looking for an experienced manager to manage our Club Lounge and Concierge Teams to ensure the guest experience is above and beyond expectation.

About You:

Do you have EXEMPLARY Customer Service skills? Can you deliver consistent, top notch 5-star service? Are you an exceptional communicator? Are you interested in managing the 2022 TAA Club Lounge of The Year? Then this prestigious role is for you!

Some key responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service while ensuring all food and beverage requirements are met
  • Managing the Lounge ensuring Executives can check in and out efficiently while utilising the club facilities
  • Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure all events are successful.
  • Create and implement promotional activities for the Club Lounge.
  • Upsell other benefits of staying in the hotel
  • Build a rapport with the guests ensuring they feel like part of the family
  • Work with the Concierge, Porters and Club Lounge Teams to ensure all customer touch points are positively memorable.
  • Working closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure Customer Service Standards are beyond expectation.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

You will need to:

  • Love coming to work and can work well under pressure
  • Be infectious with your smile and jovial persona
  • Be a people manager for your team and guests
  • Have previous management experience in either front office or club lounge
  • Be willing to assist any team, any guest at anytime.
  • Have your RSA qualification or willingness to obtain one

The successful applicant must be available to work fulltime over a 7-day rotational roster that will include some weekends.
