Mr Charlie's TMS, hailing from Redfern in Sydney, is heading to Melbourne for a 2-3 month kitchen residency at CoConspirators Brewpub in Brunswick, kicking off on Wednesday 4 December.
We serve tasty, plant-based burgers, nuggets and fries that blow your mind and are good for you & good for the planet!
We are looking for a few experienced line-cook style chefs who can flip burgers and operator the fryers with us at our pop up kithcen.
We anticipate it will be busy so we need people who don't get flustered with fast pace, high pressure environments, and can still have a laugh and a smile at the end of the day :)
Shifts will be discussed with potential applicants but may include Wednesday/Thursday night, and Friday to Sunday daytime and nighttime.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Experience working in a fast-paced food environment is desirable
