The Role
We are on the hunt for a Duty Manager who has worked in some of Sydney’s most on trend premium dining establishments to bring their passion for service and their love of hospitality to our elite venue.
Your role will involve all of the restaurant essentials including the day to day running of the shift, primarily evening shifts with responsibility closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
