Here at The Toorak Hotel, we're looking for two Duty Managers (one bar and one floor) to join our venue.
The candidate would ideally be able to work weekends.
Toorak Hotel is your local gastro pub, servicing seasoned regulars with a menu that flits between your classic pub fare and an elevated contemporary Australian offering. With many different spaces under the one roof, including a public bar for punters to enjoy a game of footy, and a spacious dining room for families to come together over a hearty meal, all are welcome at Toorak Hotel.
Please note, although listed as casual/part time, full time hours can be available.
Duties includes:
· The maintenance of guest service, front of house presentation and F&B quality
· Ensuring the maintenance of both high productivity and positive staff morale
· Delivering superior levels of service to ensure repeat business
· Assisting with opening and closing the venue
