Looking for a full time Duty Manager to join our team!

The Victoria Hotel is a venue with something for everyone. Consisting of a Sports Bar showing live sport every day with TAB facilities and a pool table. A large restaurant area with all the pub classics available along with a great pizza selection and Bottle Shop. Two functions rooms perfect for those milestone birthdays, engagements, and Christmas parties. Then the massive kids room catering to all ages with an activity wall, soft paly area, and gaming consoles for the teens.

The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

• Has a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality
• Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
• Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
• Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Has both restaurant and extensive bar service experience
• Thrives under pressure
• Hands on management of the venue including day to day operations
• Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standards
• Training and development of staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
• Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated

Essential requirements:

• Vic RSA
• RSG
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong food, beverage, functions and gaming knowledge
• Career minded with exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
