The Sporting Globe Logan is seeking a hard-working and vibrant senior Duty Manager

Assistant Manager
Bar Manager
Duty Manager
Restaurant Manager
Venue Manager
Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

You will be responsible for;

  • Assisting in efficiently and effectively controlling all operations across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar. 
  • Supporting the Venue Manager and Assistant Venue Manager by opening and closing the venue.  
  • Organisation and coordination of all staff members within the restaurant
  •  Maintaining current market knowledge and harnessing your ability to engage and execute promotional/marketing concepts to assist in business growth.
  • Critical to this role is the ability to take a strategic approach in driving revenue,
  • Manage our food and beverage, customer service and achieve the financial targets.

What is required? 

  • A minimum of 2yrs Hospitality Management
  • Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
  • Experience in the financial aspects of a business
  • RSA certificate,
  • Management card
