JOB DESCRIPTION

Riverwood Hotel are currently seeking committed hospitality professionals to join the management team at the Riverwood Hotel. Assisting the Licensee to successfully operate the hotel.

Skills & Experience

Background and previous experience in hospitality and VIP Rooms
Passionate about customer experience and service
Seeking ongoing learning and exposure to business.
Driven to learn, grow and advance your career
An RSA and RCG certificate and the ability to confidently act on these requirements
Has worked in a Gaming venue

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the Licensee in day to day operations
Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regards to venue cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
Opening and closing the venue
Cash handling and reconciling
Daily reporting
Managing staff

Full time salaried position with a flexible roster including day, night and weekend work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
