JOB DESCRIPTION

MiHi Tavern are on the hunt for Duty Managers to join the team.

We are looking for an experienced DMs to mentor our team, provide the best customer experience to our faithful locals and support in driving our business.

We are looking for experienced communicators with proven skills who can ensure that customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.

To be in the running, you will be passionate about hospitality and possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Strong leadership skills and for team engagement and development
  • Career minded with exceptional service and presentation skills
  • Creativity and high presentation standards
  • Have a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality
  • Works well with a team environment, whilst leading from the front
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills with an approachable manor
  • Strong motivation and creativity 
  • Previous experience in TAB and Keno
  • Ability and willingness to create a solid work environment for their team
  • The appropriate qualifications and licences to operate a licenced venue, including RMLV and approved Managers licence.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience Required:

  • We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role, has strong communication skills and enjoys new challenges.
  • Has a passion for the Industry and are committed to a successful careeer in hospitality
  • Processes exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Has both restaurant and extensive bar service experience
