Everton Park Hotel are looking for a Duty Manager to join the team.
Located on Brisbane's northside, Everton Park Hotel offers high quality pub meals, a large function room, a sports bar, gaming room and accommodation.
We are on the hunt for a Duty Manager to join the leadership team.
The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

· Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
· Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills
· Has both restaurant and extensive bar service experience
· Thrives under pressure
· Hands on management of the venue including day to day operations
· Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standards
· Training and development of staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
· Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated

We are searching for those who can assist in motivating, progressing and encouraging other staff. We want strong and inclusive team members and leaders who can progress others whilst leading from the front.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Essential requirements:
· Proven experience in a similar role
· Strong food, beverage, functions and gaming knowledge
· Hands on leadership and implement in day-to-day operations
· Strong communication skills with empathy, humility and passion
· Career minded with exceptional leadership skills
· Control labour effectively
· Ability to troubleshoot and think quickly
· Resolve customer complaints and ensure the highest standard of customer service
· Understanding of basic financials and ability to cash up
· Ability to work flexible hours
· QLD RMLV and Approved Managers License
