Our Duty Managers are the life of the party. Rallying the troops, leading the shift and ensuring that our customers receive the best service to ensure they can make epic memories. Acting as the grilled cheese between our venue managers and our team members, you are responsible for driving the atmosphere and guiding our junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of the Varsity operations procedures and service flow.
• Support the training and mentoring of the junior venue team.
• Opening and closing the venue in lieu of the Venue Manager / Assistant Venue Manager
• Promote our ethos of Good Times, Always in venue.

Requirements

• Approved Managers and RSA
• Previous experience as a shift supervisor or Duty Manager
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and their ingredients is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
