What will your job duties include?

• Effective day to day communication with a multi-skilled team.
• Running events and promotions on daily basis. 
• Effective labour control
• Troubleshooting and problem solving, including customer complaint resolution
• Basic financials, including cash up
• Team building, Training and mentoring staff to perform at the highest level.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisor role and leading by example 
• Run a busy service, ensuring consistency in delivery of food and drinks  
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
• Extensive restaurant and bar service experience
• Current RSG
• Current RMLV
• Currnet Approved Managers License
• Hospitality expertise with local knowledge
• Flexible availability across days, nights and weekends.
• Training of teams that are eager to learn
• Attention to detail 
• Gaming experience preferred
