Duty Manager at The Grand Hotel

Start: ASAP Where: Bondi Junction, NSW Type: Full time Pay: On application

JOB DESCRIPTION

Grand Hotel are currently seeking committed hospitality professionals to join the management team. Assisting the Licensee to successfully operate the hotel.

Skills & Experience

  • Background and previous experience in hospitality in all sectors.
  • Passionate about customer experience and service
  • Seeking ongoing learning and exposure to business.
  • Driven to learn, grow and advance your career
  • An RSA and ARCG certificate and the ability to confidently act on these requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Licensee in day to day operations
  • Ensuring our exceptional venue standards are met in regards to venue cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
  • Opening and closing the venue
  • Cash handling and reconciling
  • Daily reporting
  • Managing staff

Full time salaried position with a flexible roster including day, night and weekend work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Duty Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

  • Has had experince in hotel with bar bistro TAB Keno
  • Seeking ongoing learning and exposure to business.
