Our ideal candidate will be a well presented, with experience working in a large venue. We are after people who share a passion for food and beverage. This role is 100% operational front of house driving a team of food, beverage and gaming staff. Besides cash reconciliation duties at the end of trade, there are minimal administrative duties in this role.
You will be able to lead a team of approximately 30 - 80 staff at any one time, able to work under pressure, comfortable with high levels of customers and multiple areas during peak periods and display a positive attitude all the time.
Lastly, you are down to earth, approachable and like talking with customers, building report whilst maintaining professionalism. Authenticity is key here. We want friendly people that understand empathy and dealing with customers in a friendly manner and able to think quick on their feet and ensure the customer experience isn’t jeopardised during challenging times.
