JOB DESCRIPTION

The Old Bailey forms part of New Zealand Venue Co. who are passionate about delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences across food, drink and events. 

We are currently looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to join the management team to assist in the delivery of successful operations. We're a small, close-knit team and looking for someone to join the fold.

Requirements

As the ideal candidate you will possess the following attributes:

  • Strong customer focus and has a passion for the industry 
  • High personal presentation and projects a positive and friendly attitude at all times
  • A high level of management skills and the willingness to develop strong business and financial skills
  • Awareness of OH&S legislation 
  • Rostering, ordering, stock take and experience in a fast paced environment will be well regarded.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in the management of a service-driven food and beverage business
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Career minded with exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Duty Manager certificate
