Finnigan's Chin Keperra is on the hunt for a Duty Manager to join our team.
Our public bar is based around a relaxing open beer garden, where you can sit quietly and watch the world race by, or join in the fun of the entertainment at the venue. Catch the live action sport on the big screens, and a selection of Australian and Irish beers on tap.
We are looking for a Duty manager to complete our team, somebody who has a passion for hospitality, overall bar service and can demonstrate excellent team leadership qualities.
Candidates would demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager role (Opens / Closes / Shift management).
- Cocktail Menu development.
- Broad knowledge of spirits, beers and wines.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Experience in a fast-paced high-volume venue.
- Initiative and implements ideas to improve overall service.
We would also like an employee who wishes to progress within the hospitality industry, being part of a large group of venues we can provide further career development to the right candidates.
