JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Duty Manager, occasional peacemaker, and professional problem-solver. A magnet for happiness, you authentically get people. You drive and thrive on meaningful connections. Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional customer service skills and can handle emergency situations

  • You are passionate about hospitality, a fast learner, and tech-savvy​​​​​​
  • You should be a team player and be able to ''think on your feet''.
  • You should be able to multi-task and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ensure that Front Office shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding guest service, assisting all Front Office staff and maintaining a calm, professional environment at all times.
  • Outstanding corporate presentation & communication skills in fluent English.
  • You are not a "clockwatcher" and are flexible with rostered hours 

Who can APPLY: 

  • Anyone with a Customer service background/admin background. Previous experience in a hotel/accommodation front office position is advantageous but not essential.
  • Minimum 1 yr. of experience in any of the roles above, where you are directly dealing and facing the customers, solving problems and conflicts.
  • Open to people on visas as well. Depending on the duration and length of stay.
