I am over 18Kings Head Tavern are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our dedicated team to support the Venue Manager in overseeing the Hotel Operations. Join a Family owned progressive Hotel Group as it expands into NSW, with opportunities for you to develop and grow with it.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
• Sound knowledge and previous experience in a Pub environment
• Experience in a similar Duty Manager role or position.
• Basic Gaming knowledge/experience
• Excellent customer service
• Strong Administrative skills
• Experience in training and coaching other employees
• Exceptional leadership qualities, hard-working, reliable and a flexible attitude a team player
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work with together with other departments.
• Ability to work a rotating roster across days, nights and weekends
• Must hold all industry licenses
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
