A Career Opportunity exists for a highly motivated duty manager at Hotel Regent Sydney.  

Salary on offer $60,000 - $70,000.Full time  

As a Duty Manager, all round operations, Bars, Bottle shop ,TAB , keno and Gaming. 

No late nights, hotel close at 12am. 

. Candidate Profile

• Experience in supervising gaming area and cash handling duties  
• Monitoring staff training.  
• Strong communication skills and passion to deliver a consistent high-level guest experience.  
• Experience and understanding of hospitality systems including POS, accounting software and reporting tools.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub during your shift, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Implement safety protocols and security measures to ensure the well-being of staff and customers.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and minimize wastage.
• Current RSA and ARCG 
• 2-3 years of relevant experience  
• Close to public transport.  
• Safe working environment.

This full time role and the ability to work afternoons/nights  with flexibility to work some additional shifts is a must.  
 

• Current NSW RSA & ARCG (Advance RCG)
• Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
• Committed, trustworthy and responsible professionals are what we are seeking.   The candidates must be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.
• Proficiency in  hotel/venue with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.
