Your Role:
As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the helm of our bustling venue, overseeing day-to-day operations. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone wanting the perfect work/life balance with your full-time role only being a Wednesday-Sunday gig!
The position will place you in a key position for staff training and leadership, stock management, financial reconciliation, and boosting business. We're on the hunt for someone who's hands-on, happy to lead by example, loves hospitality and is used to working in a faced paced environment with previous experience preferred in craft beer and live music.

What We Require:
• Minimum of 2 years of Hospitality Management experience.
• Exposure to both Bar and Restaurant environments.
• Financial acumen to handle the business aspects.
• Team leadership, training, and development skills.
• A first aid certificate is preferred but not essential.
• RSA is required, and RMLV
• Experience with H&L is a bonus.
