We are looking for an experienced Door Person / Guest Relations Person who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team.

Having a strong head for numbers, can converse with and have superb negotiation skills and most importantly, having a passion for a unique and ultra special addtion to the live music scene.

This person will need to be capable of greeting patrons, processing payments, experience with the Oztix ticketing system (and/or willing to learn).  Being the initial greeting point of the room, you will be responsible keeping the entrance area to venue standards, representing the venue at times.  You are willing to jump to any task required, occasionally clearing the area, tables and most importantly communicating with customers and the team.  

Strong communication skills between reception and management is an important part of the role, as well as being first point of call to greet patrons to see local and national international promoters and bands.

• RSA qualified
• COVID-19 AHA Certificate
• COVID-19 certification or willing to obtain (pre-requisite)
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position
• The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
• Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
• A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts.
• Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights, other days as required.
