JOB DESCRIPTION

FULL TIME CHEFS WANTED!!!

We're looking for an energetic and experienced Qualified COOKS AND CHEFS to join our team @ our Mt Druitt location, Address: Westfield Mt Druitt, Shop 2002/49 N Parade, Mount Druitt NSW 2770, Australia!

Enzo’s Cucina is Sydney’s largest family run Italian restaurant group and growing fast!

Major duties of Chef/Cook :

 Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards.

 Demonstrate culinary techniques and provide guidance on cooking procedures.

 Develop and plan menus, estimate food and labor costs, and manage food supply orders.

 Monitor the quality of dishes throughout all stages of preparation and presentation.

 Address food preparation issues with managers, dietitians, kitchen staff, and waitstaff.

 Explain, enforce, and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.

 Select, train, and supervise kitchen staff as needed.

 Freeze and preserve foods to maintain quality and extend shelf life.

 Adapt and prepare dishes to meet special dietary requirements and preferences of customers.

 Develop strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and overall restaurant operations.

 Monitor stock levels, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste through effective inventory management.

Work experience: At least two years’ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred

Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications

Salary $72,000-$75,000 +11.5% superannuation

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Annual Leave: 4 weeks

Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
