Today, Merlo Coffee is proud to be one of Australia’s leading independently owned and operated Coffee Roasters. In addition to supplying the public and our own Merlo stores with freshly roasted coffee every day, we also supply to more than 1,700 cafes and restaurants throughout Australia.
About the role
As a Customer Service Representative at Merlo Coffee, you are the first point of contact, you play a vital role in setting the tone for our customer service brand. You will be working closely with the Sales and Warehouse departments, to provide a seamless customer experience, by going above and beyond to ensure the needs of our customers are met, while promoting the Merlo Coffee brand, reputation, and image.
This role is a permanent part-time position and must be available across Monday through Friday. The successful applicant will have a strong ability to prioritise and multitask and bring high energy and enthusiasm to the role. We want a team player and someone who will bring the fun to work but keep it serious enough to get the job done in a timely and professional manner.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
