Crown is currently recruiting for Customer Service Attendants to join the Gaming Machines team on a part-time basis (ranging between 2-4 shifts per week) and full-time basis (38 hours per week).
This is an exceptional employment opportunity if you enjoy engaging with customers and have flexible working availability across a 24/7 rotating roster. 

As the frontline ambassadors at Crown, Customer Service Attendants are responsible for ensuring they provide a memorable experience by delivering outstanding customer service that anticipates and meets the needs of all Crown guests.

In this role you will: 

  • Ensure each guest receives an extraordinary level of service and attention
  • Assist customers with gaming machine payouts and queries
  • Maintain a tidy and well-presented gaming environment  
  • Retain up to date information and knowledge about Crown's Loyalty Program and complex wide promotions
  • Repair minor faults on gaming machines
  • Be a brand ambassador for Crown
  • Ensure compliance with and adherence to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

What you will need to be successful in this role:

  • Previous face to face customer service experience 
  • Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day a week roster including weekends and public holidays. 
  • The ability to approach and engage with customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure 
  • Exceptional grooming standards 
  • Able to work within a team environment as well as autonomously 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence, undergo Police, Credit and other assessment checks (we will help you with these) 
  • Hold unrestricted working rights within Australia
  • You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site at Crown
