JOB DESCRIPTION

THE ROLE

We are seeking casual and full-time staff for our centralised call centre located in Drummoyne, Sydney. This role is the first point of contact for our customers so you will need to be a people person who prides themselves on delivering great service. 

WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Reservation Management – managing end to end bookings through 7 Rooms
  • Solution Management – perhaps the venue they want is fully booked or their desired time is unavailable, where else can we offer them?
  • Confirmations – confirming all bookings for the coming day across the portfolio of venues

 We are seeking energetic, warm, friendly and bubbly people with a passion for hospitality and the guest experience.

 Requirements

  • Exposure to a contact centre is preferred
  • Previous exposure to a reservation experience is desired
  • Solution focussed and someone who is proactive & collaborative
  • Technologically savvy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends, public holidays.
  • Award based wages.
