Busy old fashioned country pub located in the Western Downs Region 4 hours west of Brisbane. It is the only Pub in town. Our dirctrict is thriving with resource industry workers as well as great locals. Under new ownership and is undergoing fantastic renovations to create a fantastic pub to drink, dine and have fun!!

We are a venue with a positive culture looking for a full time Pub Manager to join our family 

You will be responsible for the day to day running of our main bar & 10 room motel, while also working closely with our Head Chef ensuring the operations are running smoothly and up to scratch. 

The successful candidate will be required to Trouble Shoot all areas, Management of Hotel, Facilitate Buying and Promotion Strategies and be able to be across all Hotel departments.   Strong Leadership skills and able to manage and direct Staff and train/troubleshoot when required. Previous pub management is a must. Any Retail Management experience,  would be an advantage.

Successful applicants will have demonstrated -:

• Experience in a customer service role

• Strong leadership qualities and able to work alongside our great team and lead with confidence ensuring all areas of the operations are running smoothly.

• Ability to work weekends and nights 

• Ability to engage with our customers and employees

• RSA and RSG, RLMV Approved Managers Certs

• Approved Manager advantageous

• Administration skills

• Flexibility and availability to work nights and weekends

• Full working rights in Australia
