Figo Italiano is a modern Italian restaurant, open for lunch and dinner focused on using seasonal produce. We are looking for a Chef/cook to join our professional staff & grow within the role! Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Planning and organising the preparation of food.
Monitoring quality of dishes and meals at all stages of preparation and presentation.
Demonstrating effective cooking techniques and procedures.
Preserving foods.
Preparing and cooking food to a high standard.

Skills and experience
Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
