JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a small bar built on collaboration, teamwork and fun. We believe every single member of the team contributes in their own way to the atmosphere and experience of our guests. Our menu has been described as comfort hipster... and we are okay with that. 

Looking for a casul/part time cook or chef to join us to bring great small eats to the lower blue mountains with a local twist. 

Duties will include:

  • Food preparation, presentation to order using grill, oven and fryer.
  • Cooking a seasonal menu
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy workspace ensuring effective health and safety practices. 
  • Completing daily cleaning checklists to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace.
  • Accepting food deliveries, checking stock and ensure the safe storage of products and;
  • Abiding by relevant food health and safety legislation.
  • Collaborating with owners on menu creation

Signing bonus available after the first 3 months. Travel allowance available to cover travel to and from the location.
