JOB DESCRIPTION

1st Edition is the place to celebrate pop culture while enjoying great food and drinks with great people. An indoor venue with a wrap-around bar and seating, where you can watch our super bartender make your favorite cocktail while our highly qualified chefs prepare your delicious food.

We are on the hunt for a Chef/Cook to run the small kitchen. 

The position requires someone who can work autonomously, run a small menu of flat breads, gyoza, ribs etc

Regular shifts of Wednesday - Sunday 5.30pm - 11pm

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Flexible multitasking skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work on a rostered shift basis and able to cover shifts when needed
  • A team player
  • Empathy and the will to help others


Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
