JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Rozelle Bistro continues to grow as a popular destination for locals and foodies.

The Garry Owen bistro’s menu features classic Italian and popular pub cuisine, using farm fresh ingredients. 

The bistro cosy surrounds. features an eclectic, rustic style of décor, with a few nook and cranny providing some privacy.
Enjoy a meal or settle in with a creative cocktail or whiskey, it won’t be long before you’ve forgotten the time.

We require a cook to be part of our kitchen staff and join our team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • Flexible multitasking skills
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • The ability to work on a rostered shift basis and able to cover shifts when needed
  • A team player
  • Empathy and the will to help others
