Opportunity exists for an immediate start for experienced ccok to come on board and help implement a brand new menu and concept
Ideal candidate has multiple years experience as a cook or kitchen hand in a fast paced environment.
Duties will include but not limited to, food prep, stock rotation and ordering, cost of goods optimisation and waste minimisation, preparing meals during lunch and dinner rushes.
2 years + of previous kitchen roles preferred.
Appropriate kitchen wear and footwear required for a professional appearance.
