Our Concierge team, led by Chief Concierge Josh Blake, are the best in the business and are seeking a Concierge Clerk to join the team and assist in creating memorable service and experiences for our guests.

Being a large 531 room Hotel in the heart of the city and the Rocks precinct, both our leisure guests and corporate guests depend on the concierge to be able to provide valuable and insightful information on tours, local attractions, transport, local services, restaurants, theatre & opera and to make the necessary reservations and bookings that they require.

Job Type: Full-time and Casual positions available 

About You:

• Previous experience as a Concierge Clerk (Favourable but not essential)
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Thorough knowledge of Sydney and the CBD
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work 38 hours a week on a rotating roster including weekends and evenings
