Baby Pizza is looking for a new Commis Chef to join their team!

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information
  • Italian cuisine experience highly regarded
  • Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items
  • Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques
  • Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods
  • Calm and composed demeanour
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
  • Willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
