JOB DESCRIPTION

Brisbane's newest venue, Lina Rooftop are on the looking for a Commis Chef to join the team!!!

The menu is French and Asian cuisine. Be part of an exciting new team, which is part of a expanding Brisbane Hospitlaity group. 

This venue is a unique destination full of life, wonder and surprise.

Nestled between the calm turquoise waters of the Restaurant & Cabanas along with majestic Brisbane city skyline views.

Lina rooftop welcomes you to a 1500sqm one of a kind multi-faceted venue that captures the Mediterranean finest qualities of a beach club vibe on a rooftop, featuring an Instagram-worthy 30 metres infinity pool, a chic indoor / outdoor restaurant for out-of-this-world dining and a breezy open-air terrace & sunken rosé lounge perfect for sunset cocktail-sipping. This is the place to be and to be seen... a unique day-to-night venue.


RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Must have a minimum of a certificate 3 in commercial cookery and be 1 year post qualification industry experience
  • Have a passion for food, and the hospitality industry
  • Have experience in French and Asian cuisine
  • Be motivated and team oriented 
  • Be available 7 days on a 5 day rotational roster
