Key Skills, Specifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year as a Commis Chef or cook in a similar environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, delegate tasks and lead junior staff.
• Good communication skills.
• Availability across a rotating 7 day roster - lunch and dinner
