From the owners of OKAY LUCY GELATO and GOLDIES FISH & CHIPS comes HEY DARL, a relaxed brand new venue (3 days) in Mount Martha serving beers and bites daily. 

We are looking for a person with a passion for cooking, a great personality and solid work ethic to join our team.

We pride ourselves on creating a great environment for staff and customers alike.

If you love to cook, have experience and want to help lead the kitchen then this is for you.

We serve a variety of dishes with simple ingredients and great flavours.  The right candidate will also have an opportunity to evolve the menu. We like to collaborate with our staff.

We are a small venue, with a relaxed vibe. A place to grab some delicious bites and a cold beer on the Mornington Peninsula.

No super early mornings or crazy late nights.

There may be opportunity to move into a Full Time role for the right candidate. 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and cooking in a commercial setting.

Candidates with formal training and qualifications will be highly regarded. But most importantly you must love what you do. 

You will be required to work independently at times. 

Once you step into this role you will have a chance to help lead and drive the direction.
