We are looking for the industry’s best Waitstaff to join to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will have experience in liaising with high-profile international clientele, immaculate presentation, and attention to detail.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Demonstrated experience as Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge. Wine knowledge advantageous.
• Outgoing personality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and grooming
• Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights
• Must have RSA certificate
