The Ferg Group includes the Lobster Cave, which is an iconic seafood restaurant in Beaumaris that has been operating for over 34 years and Le Bar, our French Inspired, 1920's Speakeasy Restaurant and Cocktail Bar.

We employ many long term staff who have worked with us for 15+ years and are looking for more like-minded people to join our work family. We're seeking highly experienced Waiters with backgrounds in fine dining and seafood (huge bonus).

About the Role

• Mixing/ Shaking/ Pouring drinks from our expcetional drinks lists
• Maintaing a clean, well presented service area
• Providing personalised service & building relationships with customers
• Casual, full time, part time available 

In order to be successful, you will: 

• Have excellent knowledge of food and wine
• Possess outstanding customer service skills and be well equiped to deal with challenging customers
• Be confident in up selling
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Perform to a high level in a fast paced environment
• Be punctual and reliable
• Appear professional and well groomed
• Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
• Have a current RSA
• Be available to work between Wednesday and Sunday dinner & Sunday lunch
