As a Cocktail Bartender, you will craft and serve a variety of house and specialty cocktails with precision and flair while providing expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings to elevate the guest experience. You will take orders through the POS system and assist with both bar and table service as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. With a proactive approach, you will anticipate guest needs to deliver seamless service and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and bar operations.

About you:

• Previous bartending experience with a solid understanding of cocktail mixing.
• Confident in shaking, stirring, and serving up great drinks.
• Available to work nights, Monday through Sunday.
• A team player who brings good vibes and a proactive attitude.
• Adaptable and able to keep cool under pressure.
• Naturally connects with people and makes guests feel welcome.
• Holds a current NSW RSA card
